This tool can be used to examine the potential for change by identifying:
Divide a page into two… The objective is to weigh up the likelihood of success and acknowledge the problems that might develop. By understanding these forces people can look at how to deal with the barriers to change. This is often done as a group exercise when a project group is anticipating making a change.
