How to find us

We’ve won over 22 Green Flag awards for the most beautiful campuses in the UK. Our map and travel advice will help you make your way to and around the University of Nottingham.

Leave the M1 motorway at Junction 25 to join the A52 to Nottingham. Take the third exit at The Priory roundabout (about 4 miles from M1) and join A6464 Woodside Road. At the next roundabout take the first exit and enter University Park Campus via the West Entrance. From here you can access both the De Vere Orchard Hotel or the Main Visitor's Car park.Car Parking on CampusIf you are attending the conference dinner in the evening of April 21st or have overnight accommodation at the Orchard Hotel then you can park for free in the hotel car park on campus (it is walking distance to the conference venue). If you are attending as a day delegate on April 22nd and wish to park on campus you will need to use the Pay & Display facilities in the Main Visitors's Car Park and tickets must be displayed at all times.Parking charges are:Up to 30 minutes (free)2 hours (£3.00)4 hours (£5.00)All day (£7.00)

If you are attending as a day delegate and intend to travel by car you might find it easier to use the park and ride facilities to get to the campus. There are park and ride facilities at Toton Lane (near junction 25 of the M1) and Hucknall (near Junction 27 of the M1). Parking is free at both locations and they are on the tram network to easily get to the campus by tram. Depending on which end of the line you park, board the tram to Toton Lane/Hucknall and get off at University South Entrance (stop UN07).
