Refugee Rescue Talk with Laura McCartan

Description: We are delighted to host Laura McCartan from Refugee Rescue. Following her LLM in International Human Rights Law at UoN (2015-2016) she has worked overseas in Nepal, Kenya, Uganda and Greece with various NGO's and charities.

Laura will be speaking about:
- General Advice on a career in aid work and projects by Refugee Rescue
- The criminalisation of aid workers
- The legalities and insight into search and rescue at sea.
