DEADLINE EXTENSION: Call for Papers - LGBT+ Rights in the 21st Century: Free and Equal?

The deadline for submission of papers from student panellists has been extended to Friday 13 January 2017. Abstracts can be submitted using the Abstract Application Form (Word). The Conference Committee encourages the submission of papers from post-graduate students in any discipline on any of the themes outlined in the Call for Papers (PDF).

The Conference will explore the advancements made in the application of human rights law for LGBT+ people and will critically examine the progress that must be made to ensure that all people are 'free and equal'. Authors of selected papers will be offered the opportunity to discuss their work in panels which will take place as part of the conference, alongside leading practitioners and academics working in the field. Applications are open to university students in any discipline who are enrolled at a recognised university. Papers and presentations should be in English.

To submit your abstract or if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the Student Conference Committee on humanrightsconference@nottingham.ac.uk
