New research contract for the EU Fundamental Rights Agency

We are pleased to announce that for the third time, the HRLC has been awarded the new framework contract for 'Data collection and research services on fundamental rights issues – United Kingdom' by the EU Fundamental Rights Agency. The contract will cover a period of four years and the maximum contract amount has been estimated at 660 000 EUR.

HRLC has been part of FRANET – the Agency's multidisciplinary research network since 2008 – and has conducted desk and field research on implementation of fundamental rights in the UK across a wide range of topics, including on access to justice for children, victims of severe labour exploitation, migrant workers and victims of violent crimes. The HRLC has also developed expertise in surveillance, migration, hate crime and women's rights.

We are delighted to collaborate with the EU Fundamental Rights Agency and to participate to the promotion and protection of human rights in the UK through extensive research work.
