The International Human Rights Reports are published four times a year by the Human Rights Law Centre of the University of Nottingham. They contain all of the decisions on the merits and some admissibility decisions of the UN Human Rights Treaty Bodies and selected judgements, reports, etc, of the Inter-American and African regional Courts and Commissions and the European Social Charter Committee.
The Reports are published in hard copy and online formats. In both formats. the text of each case is prefaced by a headnote, which summarises the main facts and legal arguments of the case. In IHRR Online as of Vol. 27 (2020), each case is accompanied by a critical commentary by a leading academic expert or participant in the case. Commentaries are in the process of being added to reports in earlier volumes. New subscribers enjoy a 50% discount for one year Vol. 28 (2021): Individuals £110, now £55 and Organisations £320, now £160.
