We are delighted to announce that Issue 2 of Volume 22 of the Human Rights Law Review has now been publushed. Volume 22(2) contains 12 Articles, 13 Short Articles and Current Developments, and three book reviews. The range of issues covered include UN Treaty Organs and deliberative democracy, Transnational Business and Human Rights Litigation, Climate Change, Environmental Protection, Age-Related Incapacity Thresholds, the Right to Hope, Anticorruption, Government Disinformation, Regional Human Rights Systems, the Right to Development, and the Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Digital Welfare State. Professor Dominic McGoldrick, Head of the Civil and Political Unit of the HRLR, is the Editor-in-Chief of the HRLR.
