This field trip takes students to the Museum of English Rural Life and the Special Collections.

The purpose of the trip to the Museum of English Rural Life is twofold - to give students an insight into the presentation of rural history to the public, an integral feature of the module, and access to an important archival collection which students will be able to draw on for their essays and dissertations.

Please note: This trip is open to students on Rural Life in Victorian England V13553.

 MERL 

This trip takes place on 9 November 2016 and students need to arrive at Nottingham Station for 9 am and the train departs at 9:10 am for Reading. The train departs Reading Station at 18:45 and the estimated arrival time in Nottingham is 22:00.

Booking closes on 2 November at 12.00 noon.
