Professor John Young wins Personal Tutor Oscar

The first year of the Students’ Union Personal Tutor Oscars has been an overwhelming success with nearly 400 nominations for 250 individual members of staff. Students were asked to nominate their tutors for the categories of ‘Best all rounder’, ‘Helped me get the most out of my course/ prepare for the future’, and ‘Helped me with a difficult issue’.

Professor John Young was nominated for, and has been awarded a Personal Tutor Oscar in the ‘Helped me with a difficult issue’ category.
