Colleague and friend - Carole Mallia

It is with great sadness and regret that we announce the death of our colleague and friend Carole Mallia, who passed away peacefully on Saturday, 12 July 2014, after a long illness. Carole was one of the longest-serving and a much loved member of staff in the Department of History. She will be profoundly missed by colleagues, students and her many friends both in the Department of History and School of Humanities, as well across the wider University. Our deepest sympathies are extended to Carole’s beloved family and friends.
