Three history students have helped with the revamp of Bridgford Hall in West Bridgford. Bethany Shelton, Chloe Dench and Katie Finch (all Year 2) have produced the Bridgford Hall and Park Activity Pack, a 24-page booklet designed to help younger children get the most out of their visit to Bridgford Park.
The pack presents a series of fun activities relating to the history of the hall. The students worked with Dr Ian Marshman (Heritage Lincolnshire), Dr Ross Balzaretti (Head of History), and Rushcliffe Borough Council, while the Hall was being refurbished as the district’s Registry Office and a new hotel which opened in 2017.
