Lina Jansson joining the department

We welcome Lina Jansson to the department as assistant professor. Before joining us Lina had been working as assistant professor at Nanyang Technological University. Lina completed her PhD at the University of Michigan and her undergraduate degree at Oxford University.

Lina's research interest has centred around questions that have to do with the nature of explanation, which has led her to work on questions in the history and philosophy science, the philosophy of physics, and in metaphysics.

Whilst Lina starts with us at the beginning of January she will be on research leave until 31^st July.
