What are the Undergraduate of the Year Awards?

The Undergraduate of the Year Awards is a competition run by Target Jobs in partnership woth a number of industry contacts. Students get to experience graduate scheme application processes and, with multiple categories in a variety of disciplines, there are lots of pathways to choose from. Finalists are invited to an awards ceremony in Canary Wharf, London on 29 April 2022 -Winners receive prizes including work placements, gadgets and paid internships!

There are multiple categories, including: 

  • Future Lawyer Undergraduate of the Year
  • Future Chief Financial Officer Undergraduate of the Year 
  • Built Environment Undergraduate of the Year 
  • Female Undergraduate of the Year 
  • LGBT+ Undergraduate of the Year 
  • Celebrating Neurodiverse Talent Undergraduate of the Year 
  • Overcoming Adversity Undergraduate of the Year 
  • Young Activist Undergraduate of the Year 
  • 1st Generation Undergraduate of the Year 
  • Management Undergraduate of the Year 

Each award is partnered with a prestigious organisation who offers the winner incredible prizes, and last year two Arts students were amongst the winners!
