ICEMiC Academic Speed Networking

For many different reasons, the past couple of years have seen people in our school and beyond have less time and opportunities to talk to each and exchange ideas about their work, their career, and their paths in academia. This has particularly affected PGRs and ECRs, who have worked harder than ever to establish these links and networks. ICEMiC wants to re-establish the platforms that allow us all to share and learn from each other, as scholars and as people.

We are happy to have as our speakers Shardia Briscoe-Palmer, Scott Pacey and Nick Stevenson. Join us for this informal networking event where you can learn from our speakers and from each other about topics such as academic publishing, securing academic posts, establishing research collaborations, and much more.
