ISS Director Professor Pru Hobson-West in Science magazine!

Pru Hobson-West has just published in Science. The policy forum paper appears in a special issue on rats. The paper is entitled ‘Who cares about lab rodents? Humanities and social sciences help advance “cultures of care” around laboratory animal science and welfare’. The paper is co-authored with colleagues from the Wellcome funded Animal Research Nexus Programme. The paper concludes that ‘Social sciences and humanities research shows us that many more people care about rodents in research than might at first be assumed’.
