IT Service Desk

Our dedicated IT Service Desk is available to help with all your IT needs.

 

During the university closure period, non-urgent issues can continue to be reported via the Self Service Portal. Requests logged through here will be assessed as quickly as possible when the core IT Service Desk team returns to work after 2 January 2025.

For items of an urgent nature, please call 0115 95 16677 where the out of hours Service Desk function can offer help and escalation for a limited number of systems issues.

Remote support
