Public procurement reforms in Francophone African countries: sustainability and/or localism?

The lecture will give an overview of the ongoing public procurement and PPP reform process in North, Ouest and Central African countries with a focus on SPP and trade issues.

Laurence Folliot Lalliot currently works at the Centre de Recherche en Droit Public (CRDP EA 381), Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense. Laurence does research in Public Law, Comparative Politics and Public Policy.
