About the seminar

This seminar will explore the role of international courts and tribunals in addressing climate change, with a specific focus on ongoing advisory proceedings before the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) and the International Court of Justice (ICJ), in which Dr Conway acted as a counsel. The seminar explores key legal issues and strategies, as well as the broader impact of climate litigation on global environmental policy, providing unique insights into the evolving role of these judicial bodies in tackling this pressing global challenge.
