Viva success for Mehmet Kaya

We are delighted to announce that Mehmet Kaya has passed his Viva. His examiners were Peter Trepte, University of Nottingham and Peter Kunzlik of the University of East Anglia. The Chair was Professor Jeff Kenner.

Mehmet's research topic is The correlation between public procurement and development: the case of Turkey and is sponsored by the Turkish Government. His PhD was supervised by Dr Annamaria La Chimia and Dr Ping Wang.

Mehmet will now return to his home country of Turkey to take up a position as a lecturer.
