Dr Georgopoulos presented a paper at the "Extraterritoriality of EU Law and Human Rights after Lisbon: Scope and Boundaries" workshop organised by the University of Sussex (13-14 July).

The paper analysed the potential use of EU public procurement rules as a vehicle to achieve compliance with human rights and socio-economic rights outside the EU.
