Professor Estelle Derclaye, keynote speaker at Society of Legal Scholars annual conference

On Friday 8 September, Professor Estelle Derclaye presented a paper titled "The copyright/design interface in the UK and abroad: Can unity be achieved from long-standing diversity?" at the Society of Legal Scholars annual conference in Dublin.

The paper proposes a model for the copyright/design interface that can be adopted internationally and is the last chapter of her next book "The Copyright/Design Interface: Past, Present and Future", which is going to be published by Cambridge University Press in January 2018.
