On Friday 20 September, Professor Estelle Derclaye talked at the Design Law Reform conference organised by the National University of Singapore and the Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre, University of Oxford.
Her paper was on the fate of unitary design rights after Brexit as well as the potential reforms the UK could initiate on the copyright/design interface.
