Dr Georgopoulos invited speaker at the Global Industrial Cooperation Conference (GICC) in Paris

Dr Georgopoulos was invited to present at the Global Industrial Cooperation Conference (GICC) organised by the Global Offset and Countertrade Association (GOCA) in Paris. GICC is the largest gathering in the world of companies and government entities active in the area of security and defence industrial cooperation.

Dr Georgopoulos, the only academic invited at the event, presented his research arguing for a change of the way in which offset and industrial cooperation policy(ies) are treated within the European Union.
