Dr Or Bassok delivers talk at Oxford University on the shift in understanding judicial legitimacy

On 11 May, Dr Or Bassok presented his paper "The Schmitesen Court: The Question of Legitimacy" at the OxonCourts workshop at Oxford University.

The paper discusses the views of two prominent Weimar-era jurists – Hans Kelsen and Carl Schmitt – on the question of judicial legitimacy and how would they approach recent changes in the understanding of judicial legitimacy.
