Dr Orsolya Toth speaks at international arbitration conference in Seville

Dr Orsolya Toth was a speaker at an international arbitration conference held in Seville, Spain during 4-6 April 2018. The title of the conference was '60 Years of The New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards' and it was organised by the University of Loyola Andalucia and UNCITRAL.

Dr Toth presented a paper entitled 'The Suitability of the New York Convention for Modern Trade – Challenges on Its 60th Birthday', discussing the latest challenges facing the Convention today.

The conference was attended by over 180 participants from many countries, including leading practitioners and academics in the field of arbitration.
