Dr Orsolya Toth's book shortlisted for the St Petersburg International Legal Forum Private Law Prize

Dr Orsolya Toth's book, The Lex Mercatoria in Theory and Practice (OUP, 2017), has been shortlisted for the St Petersburg International Legal Forum Private Law Prize 2018.

Further to being nominated by the School of Law, the book has been shortlisted for the prize by the Expert Committee consisting of world renowned legal scholars. The prize recognises outstanding academic works in the field of private law, private international law and comparative law.
