PhD Viva success for David Felipe Alvarez Amezquita

The school is pleased to announce that David Felipe Alvarez Amezquita passed his PhD viva voce examination.

His thesis, 'Copyright and the idea of author revisited through the human rights instruments, some Latin American scenarios' was supervised by Professor Nigel Gravells and Professor Paul Torremans. The internal examiner was Professor Estelle Derclaye, the external examiner was Professor Uma Suthersanen from Queen Mary University of London, and the Chair was Professor Craig Rotherham.
