Dr Georgopoulos gives presentation on the principle of Loyal Cooperation in the European Convention of Human Rights.

Dr Georgopoulos was invited speaker at the conference organised by International Law and Human Rights Unit of the Liverpool Law School on the topic of the “Loyal Cooperation in the System of the European Convention of Human rights”.

His presentation focused on the comparison of the principle of sincere cooperation in the European Union law with the principle of loyal cooperation of the ECHR system”. The event was also attended by Judges and Officers of the ECtHR, academics and civil society representatives.
