Professor Derclaye gave a webinar on national design case law at EUIPO

On 11 June 2019,  Professor Derclaye gave a webinar based on her recent article, "An empirical analysis of the design case law of the EU Member States" at the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

The webinar was streamed live and over 120 persons from all over the EU watched it live. One the participants stated in their survey after the webinar:
