Professor Derclaye participates in the inaugural design law scholars roundtable in Chicago

Estelle Derclaye was one of only two European scholars among the 16 scholars who were invited to discuss a range of questions from definition to scope at this very first roundtable organised by Professor Graeme Dinwoodie (Chicago-Kent law school) and Professor Mark McKenna (Notre Dame law school).

The roundtable took place at Notre Dame law school on 15-16 November 2019. Estelle introduced the topic of how to deal with overlaps along with Professor Reichman from Duke University law school.

The roundtable event also exists for scholars expert in trademark law.
