From 16-17 January 2019, the School of Law hosted the Mid-Term Review by the EU’s Research Executive Agency of the European Trade and Investment Partnership (EUTIP) ITN under the EU’s Horizon 2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie research programme for Early Stage Researchers (ESRs) or PhD students.
The school is participating as a partner institution with Professors Mary Footer and Jeff Kenner acting as lead supervisors for two Nottingham-based ESRs: Simon Dekeyrel (European energy politics and law) and Aakriti Bhardwaj (labour and environmental standards in EU transatlantic trade arrangements) respectively. A specialised research training session for all ESRs and nine Nottingham PhD students was held on 18 January 2019.
