PhD Viva success for Astghik Solomonyan

I am pleased to announce that Astghik passed her PhD viva voce examination today.

 Astghik’s thesis, ‘Exploring the legal challenges of complying with over-lapping international obligations related to public procurement review mechanisms: the case of Armenia and Kazakhstan’, was supervised by Dr Aris Georgopoulos and Dr Nara Ghazaryan.  The internal examiner was Dr Ping Wang and the external examiner was Robert D. Anderson,  Senior Counsellor, Intellectual Property Division, and Team Leader for Government Procurement and Competition Policy in the WTO Secretariat.
