PhD Viva success for Matt Thomason

We are pleased to announce that Matt passed his PhD viva voce examination today.

Matt’s thesis, ‘A Socio-Legal Study of Non-Defendant Character Evidence in Criminal Process', was supervised by Professor Paul Roberts and Dr Candida Saunders.  The internal examiner was Professor John Jackson, the external examiner was Emeritus Professor Ian Dennis, UCL and the chair was Professor Ralph Sandland.
