Professor Derclaye presents the recent Court of Justice case law on functional works to practising lawyers and academics in Holland and Belgium

On 19 October and 27 October 2020, Prof. Derclaye gave presentations to respectively, the Belgian association for copyright law and the Dutch State Publisher, which provides online courses during online seminars. She presented the Cofemel and Brompton decisions and the implications of the decisions for both EU and national copyright laws and design laws. The talks are based on her recent research in this field.”
