Professor Derclaye speaks at online EPIP conference

On 11 September 2020, Professor Derclaye presented empirical data on the overlap between trademarks and designs in the EU at the EPIP annual conference (European Policy for Intellectual Property).

The research is part of her new paper on design litigation in the EU Member States and overlapping rights, which will soon be published by the European Law Review.
