PhD Viva success for Richard Mackenzie-Gray Scott

The school is pleased to announce that Richard Mackenzie-Gray Scott has passed his PhD viva voce examination.

Richard's thesis, 'State responsibility for non-state actors in international law', was supervised by Professor Sandy Sivakumaran and Professor Nigel White. The internal examiner was Professor Marko Milanovic and the external examiner was Professor Dapo Akande, Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford.
