Dr Bassok and Professor Mautner criticize the Israeli Supreme Court in an op-ed

Following the Israeli Supreme Court's oral hearing on Basic Law: Israel - the Nation-State of the Jewish People, Dr. Or Bassok and Professor Menachem Mautner (Tel-Aviv University) published in Haaretz an op-ed criticizing the level of legal argumentation.
