EU Competition law guest talk by Oppenheim Law Firm Partner

On 23 April,  the LLM students of the EU Competition Law module welcomed Mr Zoltán Marosi M.Jur (Oxon), Partner at the Oppenheim Law Firm of Hungary to give a guest talk. The highly interactive talk was on “Taxes and Levies in front of the CJEU – assessment of recent Hungarian cases: What are the limits of classifying such measures as state aid?”
