ILA Seminar Series - The deconstitutionalisation of international law in times of populism and pandemic

On Friday 19 March 2021, Professor Anne Peters from the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Public Law called for global constitutionalism to acquire a social dimension.  Professor Peters was speaking at the University of Nottingham School of Law as part of the International Law Association Regional Series, chaired by Dr Klara Polackova Van der Ploeg.
