Professor Irit Mevorach - 59th Session of UNCITRAL Working Group

The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group V (Insolvency) convened for its 59th Session (13-17 December 2021) to conclude its deliberations on Micro and Small Enterprise Insolvency, and to commence deliberations on two new projects concerning civil asset tracing and recovery, and applicable law in insolvency proceedings. Professor Irit Mevorach participated in these deliberations as expert advisor and as member of the UK delegation.
