Viva success - Tshepo Bogosiboile Mosaka

The School of Law is delighted to announce that Tshepo Mosaka has passed his PhD viva voce examination today.

His thesis, entitled “How an African Theory of Forensic Proof for Witchcraft claims is possible?”, was supervised by Paul Roberts (Professor of Criminal Jurisprudence, University of Nottingham) and John Jackson (Professor of Comparative Criminal Law and Procedure, University of Nottingham).

The examiners were David Fraser (Professor of Law and Social Theory, University of Nottingham) and Professor HO Hock Lai (National University Singapore).  Dino Kritsiotis (Professor of Public International Law, University of Nottingham) served as the chair of the examination.

 We offer our heartfelt congratulations to Tshepo on this outstanding achievement.
