PhD viva voce examination success - 1 April 2022

Sebastian Barreto Cifuentes passed his PhD viva voce examination on Friday 1 April 2022.

Sebastian’s thesis ‘Alteration of Public Contracts and its Interface with the Public Procurement Objectives: A Comparative Analysis’ was supervised by Nigel White (Professor of Public International Law and Deputy Head of School (Research), University of Nottingham) and Dr Aris Georgopoulos (Assistant Professor in Law, University of Nottingham).

The examiners were Dr Peter Trepte (Senior Fellow in Public Procurement Law, University of Nottingham) and Martin Trybus (Professor of European Law and Policy and Director, Institute of European Law, University of Birmingham).  Howard Bennett (Hind Professor of Commercial Law, University of Nottingham) served as the chair of the examination.
