PhD viva voce examination success - Susan Morgan

Susan Morgan passed her viva voce examination on Wednesday 19 January 2022.

Susan’s thesis, ‘Rescuing Companies or Their Creditors: What is the Role of the Company Voluntary Arrangement as a Rescue Procedure in the UK?’ was supervised by Irit Mevorach (Professor of International Commercial Law and Co-Director of the University of Nottingham Commercial Law Centre, University of Nottingham) and Dr Sandra Frisby (Associate Professor and Reader in Company and Commercial Law, University of Nottingham).

The examiners were Craig Rotherham (Professor of Law, University of Nottingham) and Professor David Milman (Lancaster University).  Howard Bennett (Hind Professor of Commercial Law, University of Nottingham) served as the chair of the examination.
