Professor Derclaye to speak at a webinar organised by Jagiellonian University

Professor Estelle Derclaye has been invited by the law school of the Jagiellonian University (Krakow) to speak as a part of their webinar series. Her talk “The Database Sui Generis Right: Past and Future” will present the database sui generis right and discuss its interaction with the Data Act.

The talk is open to anyone and takes place at 1pm Warsaw time (12pm UK time) on 16 December. You can listen to it live on MS Teams.
