'There is no legal impediment to Australia's recognition of Palestine' by Professor Victor Kattan

There is real momentum in the Australian Labor Party to press the Australian government to recognise Palestine at their upcoming Labor Party national conference in two weeks' time:  https://laborconference.org.au/ 

In this connection, Dr Victor Kattan was asked to contribute to the legal debate by writing an article supporting Australian recognition of Palestine, which has just been published on the philosophy, religion, and ethics website of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC).
