'Enterprise law: our economic constitution and realising human rights?' by Dr Ewan McGaughey

On Wednesday 8 February 2023, UNCLC hosted guest speaker, Dr Ewan McGaughey as he presented a research seminar on his book titled, 'Principles of Enterprise Law: The Economic Constitution and Human Rights'.

In his presentation Dr McGaughey discussed why it is necessary to teach enterprise law in research and what principles of enterprise law should be present for the regulation of private and nationalised organsiations.
