Dr Aris Georgopoulos invited speaker at the European Defence Agency to discuss Joint Procurement Efforts to support Ukraine

Dr Aris Georgopoulos was invited by the European Defence Agency (EDA) the European Security and Defence College (ESDC) and the National Defence Academy-Vienna to present his research in the field of European Defence Market Integration with emphasis on the impact of the European Defence Fund (EDF), the European Defence Industry Enforcement Through Common Procurement Act (EDIRPA) and the Act in Support of Ammunition Production (ASAP) on the effort to support Ukraine and increase the readiness and resilience of the European Defence Technological and Industrial Base (EDTIB). 

The event was attended by representatives of EU Ministries of Defence, EU Institutions, NATO Agencies as well as industrial stakeholders.
