Four Nations Procurement Meeting

On Wednesday 22 March 2023, Luke Butler participated in the Four Nations Procurement Meeting hosted by the Welsh Government in Cardiff. Luke Butler and Professor Jane Lynch of Cardiff Business School (and founder of the Centre of Public Value Procurement), gave a presentation on means of academic engagement with the devolved Nations on public procurement issues. This engagement forms part of a British Academy/Leverhulme Small Research Grant which aims to explore issues arising in respect of public procurement in the context of devolution.
