Professor Paul Roberts addresses Criminal Bar Association Annual Conference

On 9 June 2023, Professor Paul Roberts was a guest speaker at the Criminal Bar Association’s annual conference in Manchester where he shared the platform with members of the judiciary, criminal barristers, and an academic lawyer. Professor Roberts gave a presentation on “Recent Developments in Criminal Evidence” in which he related recent case law on criminal procedure to broader themes and developments in criminal evidence unfolding over the last century.
