Dr Aris Georgopoulos was invited panellist at the webinar on AI, Competition, and IP law organised by the NEXT GEN group of the International League on Competition Law (LIDC). Dr Georgopoulos explored in his intervention the emerging competition regulatory landscape in the EU as a result of developments such as the enactment of the Digital Markets Act and the AI Act.
